We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. We ship the books within 1 – 2 days after getting the order on weekdays Which may take 3 – 7 days to deliver in main cities and a few more days in case of remote areas. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your books via Government Registered Speedpost. In that case, delivery time will be 8 – 15 days.

Clients from outside India may see the courier charges are as high as the more than book cost, but as we sell the books at its MRP and sometimes we give some discount also, we can not spare any discount of the book with courier charges.

Q. How much time does it takes to deliver?

A. We ship the order next 1 – 2 days which are received before 9 am from Monday to Friday. Order received after Saturday 9 am to 4 PM, shipped on Monday morning.
Normally the courier takes 3 – 7 working days to ship the books to the proper cities. Sometimes they take 2 – 3 extra days if the destination is remote.
Normally courier takes 3 – 7 days to deliver it in India and 7 – 15 days out of India.

Q. What do I do in case I receive a wrong or damaged Book from Big Books?

A. In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged Book from BoiMela.in, please email [email protected] for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, you have to return the wrong or damaged Book to us at your cost.
